Romanticism and the Arts at Keats House, London

Please join us for a lovely evening discussing literature and the visual art world in Romantic-period Britain. Featuring a number of short talks, we’ll touch on portraiture, illustration, the creation of art galleries, and the ways the average person brought visual culture into their everyday lives. We’ll pay special attention to John Keats’ own experience of art and show how the fascination with art in the Romantic period continues to shape our own lives today!
